Color...

Fashion is about having fun, experimenting...it's not experimenting people if you're wearing black and white, tan and brown, orange and black, red and white, do you get where I'm going???  This post is a continuation from my previous post (the look I put together on polyvore.com) 

This my friends is a Color Wheel...when speaking of this said wheel, you'll hear terms like "primary colors" "secondary colors" and lastly "tertiary colors".  With the prior look, I'm sure some are wondering why I put a red leather shirt and black & white stripe skirt together with coral colored accessories (shoes and bag)...they compliment each other!  The coral stems from orange, you just add white, the orange gets lighter, you may then add some RED depending on the shade of coral you're looking for...try it with some paint, you'll see 😉!  Ok, so Primary Colors; red, green, blue...Secondary Colors; mix two primary colors...Tertiary Colors; mix a primary and secondary color...you then have different shades all stemming from one base color.  I find a lot of women don't know certain colors actually can and do go with other colors, example: green and purples 😳 yes!  Red and greens 🙆 YES! Hey, even pink and oranges...so the next time you're out shopping and you find yourself wondering "do these colors go together?" think of my friend, The Color Wheel!!!
